Can I buy in bulk from Prime Wholesale?
Prime Wholesale serves a diverse array of businesses, organizations, and traders by offering a wide range of bulk products. From pound shops and online retailers, such as Amazon and eBay sellers, to TikTok entrepreneurs, traders, charities, and service providers, our wholesale products are exclusively available for trade customers.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for each product, which varies and is clearly specified on the product page. Orders are accepted only if they meet the specified MOQ for the respective product.
What is the minimum spend required for free UK delivery?
All UK mainland orders exceeding £1000 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery.
Is drop shipping available?
No, we do not offer drop shipping services. We only accept bulk orders and provide drop shipping for the entire order.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay for your order using our secure online checkout form. We only accept payments via ACH or wire transfer. Alternatively, if you prefer to pay through Payoneer, we can provide payment details via email and accept payments through Payoneer.
Is it possible to add additional products to my order after it has been placed?
You cannot add new items to an existing order, but you can place a separate order for additional items, which can be shipped together with your first order. Combined shipping costs will apply; however, please note that it may not always be possible to ship combined orders.
Do you apply VAT to orders from the EU?
Prime Wholesale will not charge VAT to customers who provide a valid EU VAT registration number. Once the goods have left the UK and we receive a valid export document (CMR or proof of shipment) along with the valid EU VAT registration number, we will refund the VAT.
What is the reason for the delay in my order?
We work hard to keep our inventory and shipping timelines as up-to-date as possible.
However, delays may occur due to various factors such as stock availability and shortages. Unless notified before processing, we aim to fulfill orders within a reasonable time frame, which may involve multiple shipments.
We will always make an effort to contact you via phone or email to address any issues.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
We typically process all orders within 8 to 10 working days. Once your order is shipped, delivery times will depend on the size of the order and the shipping address.
Do you offer discount coupons?
Indeed, we offer a discount coupon for first-time orders upon customer request. This coupon can be applied during the order placement process. Additionally, for bulk inventory purchases, we provide competitive pricing tailored to the specific product selection. How can I receive a refund if I paid via bank transfer?
If you paid for your order via ACH or wire transfer, please provide us with your account number, sort code, and cardholder’s name via email or ticket. If your bank account is registered outside the UK or Ireland, we may require additional details.
Our accounts team will process your refund within 3-5 working days of receiving the necessary information.
Will purchasing larger quantities of stock help me save money?
Yes, we offer multi-buy tier pricing across various product lines on our site. For selected items, the wholesale unit price decreases as the order quantity increases.
How can I access your pricing information?
Our prices are only available to registered traders. Our website features thousands of product lines across various categories.
Do you offer shipping to the EU and international destinations?
Yes, we ship internationally. For overseas orders, we recommend using your own freight forwarder or shipping agent. However, if you require assistance with shipping, we can provide a quote. We will also supply a commercial invoice to help with the customs clearance process.
Do you offer a CSV file or XML feed of your inventory?
Yes, we provide a CSV file or XML feed of our inventory to our customers. Please send an email to request this. Once your wholesale account is approved, our team will share the CSV or XML file with you.
How can I report damages or shortages?
If the pallet or boxes appear visibly damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
If you discover damaged or missing items in your delivery, take photos (if needed to show the damage) and report it to us promptly by raising a ticket through My Account. For any additional questions, feel free to give us a call to discuss your order.
Is it possible to collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order; however, we do not have a physical store or showroom. Please do not visit our facility without prior appointment or authorization.
If you wish to collect your order, please contact us before placing it so we can enable this option on your account. This will remove any shipping charges from your basket.
Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you. Since we operate multiple warehouses, please confirm the exact collection location with our team.
How can I obtain a brand approval letter?
Amazon and other marketplaces may require an approval letter to verify the origin of your stock. We regret any inconvenience, but we do not provide brand authorization letters, particularly for Amazon or other online retailers.

Can I use an invoice to verify Amazon and marketplace listings?
Prime Wholesale invoices are generally accepted; however, we do not offer ungating services using our invoices. If Amazon or another marketplace contacts us to verify your order, we will assist by validating the product information.
How can I modify my delivery details after placing an order?
Providing incorrect or incomplete information may impact the delivery of your order.
We are not responsible for any delivery issues resulting from invalid or inaccurate delivery details.
If you need to amend your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, additional charges for re-direction and re-delivery may apply.
Amazon Prep Services.
Certainly, we offer prep services tailored to meet our customers’ needs. Upon request, we prepare shipments directly to Amazon warehouses, ensuring each product is properly labeled. Each item will have an FNSKU label, and we use suitable packaging in accordance with Amazon’s specifications. Additional charges will be discussed with customers based on product requirements. To utilize our prep services, customers are advised to specify their request in the order notes during checkout. Additionally, if customers choose delivery to an Amazon warehouse, we will waive the shipping charges.
